the blue beret

Today it's back to interior abstracts.  This is number six of a series.  These digital photos use camera movement and/or lens zooming over a longish (2 second) exposure to create blurred abstract images from ordinary interior scenes.  Unlike Saturday's dozen roses, which were really there, there is no actual beret in this photo.

Your digital abstracts are quite something. I particularly like the tonal contrast and sense of motion. I find the ones you've put up much more captivating and emotive than most abstracts I see.

Thanks, Jim. I was just experimenting but liked some of what I saw. It really helps to be able to take many tries rapidly and see the results right away.
